A story: How we consume hibiscus juice in Senegal, Africa

In Senegal , Africa, Hibiscus juice or jus de bissap is a traditional/ national drink.

It is typically our "orange juice" . We have it with our breakfast, lunch, dinner . It is also an indispensable juice for our events : marriage, baptism, anniversary, meeting... You can buy the hibiscus juice anywhere in the country, good women sell it in our roads.

We also use the white hibiscus in our kitchen when we are cooking our national dish "tiebou dieun". It give a particular taste to that dish.
